The Crab helmet you see is just suit for players who are memebers in the game of runescape, it is a members only piece of armour. There are no level requirements to wear, however the player must have completed Pirate Pete's section of the Recipe for Disaster quest. The helmet resembles a dragon med helm except for that it is orange and the "horns" are crab antennae. The crab helmet has a matching claw, called the crab claw. To obtain a crab helmet, the player can use the Crafting skill. To make a crab helmet, the player must have completed the Freeing Pirate Pete portion of the Recipe for Disaster quest, have at least level 15 Crafting, a chisel and a crab shell. This will grant the player 32.5 Crafting experience. Remember that it is possible to break the shell when crafting it, thus rendering it useless. When worn, the helmet looks like a medium helmet. But when shown in chat-box, it looks like a Heraldic helm.
The Dwarven helmet is obtained as a reward for completing the quest Grim Tales, and requires 50 Defence to wear. A notable feature of this helm is its Crush attack bonus. The helm has a nicely balanced combination of defensive statistics, making it fairly useful in places such as the Abyss where the various monsters use different attack types, and at Waterfiends where a crush attack bonus is useful(except on slayer tasks where a Black Mask or Slayer Helmet is advisable). Its Magic defence bonus is also fairly impressive compared to other helms.
If a player loses the helm, a replacement can be obtained by talking to Rupert beside the tower where he was kept prisoner during the Grim Tales quest (between Goblin Village and Ice Mountain), for a fee of 60,000 coins.
The helm is marginally worse than the Rune full helm in terms of defensive stats, but does not have a negative Magic defence bonus and has a crush attack bonus.
